Rosie Hicks Trustee Rosie is a qualified chartered surveyor with experience working for a variety of organisations and clients. She currently leads the Natural England Land Agent team, managing 63,000 hectares of nature reserves across the country. Her background is in dairy farming in Dorset and Rosie has long been interested in integrating farming and nature conservation. As a trustee at the CRT, Rosie will be able to bring her professional skills and passion for the environment to help create a more sustainable future for the charity.
