Caitlin Saunders Estates and Conservation Assistant Caitlin has a broad role supporting both our Head of Estates and Head of Conservation. "I grew up in South Wales, where my family spent most of our free time out on walks in the woods, fields, and along the coast. I learnt about the local landscape, history, language, and wildlife from my dad. After graduating with an undergraduate in linguistics, I worked on outreach and admissions at the University of Cambridge. I completed a masters in law and went on to spend 4 years at the High Commission of Canada in Westminster, before joining the CRT in May 2025." "I became interested in farming through my time volunteering at a city farm in London, where I gained an insight into the hard work and dedication required in the industry. I also volunteered on conservation projects and in wildlife rescue while in London, interests which I hope to pursue in Surrey, Sussex and Dorset now that I have relocated outside of the city." "I am excited to make a real difference as part of the CRT team. As Estates and Conservation Assistant I provide support to Kerriann and Helena and am a point of contact for our tenants."
